  This week my husband and I came to your shop to buy hiking boots. It is not the first time that we bought our boots in your shop. We never had to complain about your products. We were served by a very kind lady. We are always touched when staff are friendly, patient and showing interest in their customers. In an always busy world there is very little time to show gratitude. Kind words are in our opinion very important. This time I will find time to stop and say THANK YOU to you about the way you served your customers. I am very happy with my boots and every time I put them on I will still remember your kind words.   I always don’t get the best customer service, but the last couple of times has a better. On Saturday, staff member name Troy. Gave me very good customer service, good work Troy. Keep up the good work, I would give you five stars.
